Coffee please?

Hello Scrapland! I hope everyone is having a good friday evening! I know I am! My husband took my older son to see a movie and I have the house to myself with my baby and it's great!

I made another layout using "My Marine" and a template by Andrea Gold. It was for one of the Word of the Week challenges over at the Stuff to Scrap forum.

It's.....

Coffee! Hello Scrapland! You may have guessed it before, but if not, my other addiction, second only to digital scrapbooking, is coffee! (As I take a large sip out of my "fat chef" mug.) The title of this kit, "C-O-F-F-E-E", came from my life's theme song of the same name by a children's singer Ralph's World. The beginning of the chorus (and most of the song) goes- "M-O-M-M-Y needs C-O-F-F-E-E." So as you can see, it's very fitting for any parent of young children!

Before I get to the new kit though, I did a ton of scrapping the past couple of days trying to get enough pages to make a book for my friend's birthday and used our kits for a couple of them. So, I wanted to show them off.

This one is using the "Pool Shark" and "Booze Hound" kits with a template by Liz Designs.


And this one is using "My Marine" with a recent freebie template from Stolen Moments Designs.

Finishing Up Kinda Girly

Hello Scrapland! I've got your girly elements today. Before we get to that, Donna, aka suzieq1, sent us a super cute page she made of her daughter using "A Very Starry Night" and was kind enough to let us post it for you all to see and get inspiration from!



Donna has a fabulous blog where she posts all of her LOs and documents the life of her adorable daughter whom she adopted from China earlier this year. We're Back!

Hello Scrapland! Did you miss us? I missed you! It's a busy summer for all. Alice will be officially in her new house in the morning. Yay!!! I've just been out and about and trying to scrap some pages. I do have a new kit for you starting now and then I'm almost done with the next kit. Yay again!

Daddy and Me QPs

Hello Scrapland. I have to apologize for not being better at getting stuff out to everyone. I am still working on my Coast Guard kit. I am about done with papers, but I had a bunch of elements open and experienced a power surge. I had not saved them yet. So, out of frustration...I took a small break..I am going to look for a surge protector with battery backup, and start going again. However, I am moving in a week. We close on our house on the 15th, the movers come pack us and take our stuff on the 16th and 17th. So, I am sure I will be out of commission with cleaning, organizing, and continuing working on my Masters. I did make a QP out of my layout with my husband and son. I also made a layout that I will be using with my daughter, and I decided to make it a QP. In making the QPs, I made two more elements and decided to include them as well. I hope you enjoy! Have fun scrapping!
