Hello Scrapland!  I’m very excited to announce that starting tomorrow, Funky Playground Designs will be hosting a whole boatload of challenges!  Every day they will be starting a new challenge that will go for a week.  Each day of the week will be the home for a different type of challenge.  But, the best part is, when you complete one of the very inspirational challenges, you will be entered into a random drawing for a $10 gift card!

Hello Scrapland!  First, I want to say thank you very much to CGBlogger for the kind words!  I feel much better now!  Mondays are bad enough as it is without throwing stomach pains in the mix… I think we should just get rid of Mondays all together!

Anyway, I’m here today to show off Secret Garden’s new kit called Shoot Me A Pic.  I love the bright colors and all of the memory making elements!  Her little cameras are just too cute!  I had a ton of fun playing with it.  Here are the layouts I made:

Bears Eat Beets (Revamped)

Hello Scrapland!  I hope everyone’s weekend went better then mine.  I worked all weekend and yesterday at work I had some leftover chinese food that, I think, gave me a mild case of food poisoning that I’m still recovering from.  Mostly just a stomach ache, none of the gross  stuff, but still not pleasant!  On a good note, Scraps of Ellay has re-done her Bears Eat Beets kit and this new version is totally super cute!  It has a lot of camping and outdoorsy elements to it.  Here are the layouts I made with it:

Morning Song

Hello Scrapland!  I hope your week is going well!  I’ve been pretty busy.  I went to a friends Tastefully Simple party yesterday, and tomorrow I’m having a garage sale that I’m getting ready for.  Whew what a chore that is!  At least Secret Garden has a relaxing new mini kit out today.  It’s called Morning Song and it has soft greens and blues and yellows.  Here’s what I did with it:

New CT!

Hello Scrapland!  I’m very excited to tell you that I’ve been accepted as a new Funky Girl over at Funky Playground Designs!  They are bursting with talented designers and scrappers, so if you haven’t gone to check them out yet, you really should!  They even have a “Lost and Found” dollar day once a month, so sign up for their newsletter so you don’t miss out on that!

The first products I was able to play with were actually pieces of their May Funky Playgroup.  All of the designers used the same palette to make different sets of elements, papers and alphas that all coordinate with each other.  Let me tell you, these colors are fabulous and all of the pieces in the store are just Gorgeous!  Here’s the layout I made with it:

Purrrfect Princess Freebie

Hello Scrapland!  I teamed up with Scraps of Ellay to bring you a fun princess kit with a twist. The original idea came from Alice who buys a lot of Marie stuff for her daughter, you know, the cat from Aristocats? And all daughters are little princesses, so we put the two themes together to bring you “Purrrfect Princess!” The colors are perfect for any disney princess and there is plenty of kit to satisfy you! We Salute You

Hello Scrapland!  In honor of our troops, this month STS has made a mega collab called We Salute You.  It is bursting with military papers and elements, good for any branch of service!  I’m a little partial to the Marine Corps, so that’s what I scrapped, but don’t think the Navy, Army, Air Force and Coast Guard were left out!  Here’s the STS description for the kit:

The Stuff To Scrap Designers are proud of the people who serve our countries.  We have made this kit in honor of those men and women who have given their lives to protect us and those who put their lives on the line every day to keep us safe.  Thank you!
