Hello Scrapland! We are first on the ride for the June blog train for Stuff to Scrap. This is our second train. We're very excited to be a part of it! Last month was a nice blog train for Mother's Day pictures, and this month is great for Father's Day pictures. The theme is Daddy and Me, and I love the colors.
If you are interested in joining this blog train for the July kit, you can head on over to Stuff To Scrap Forum and sign up! We are really excited about joining it next month as well.
Here is a layout I did for a picture that a wonderful friend took. When I was helping in creating our part of the kit, this picture was in mind.
Here is the preview of our part, and it is linked.
Here is the list of the others that joined in. Have fun scrappin!

Very Starry Alpha
Hello Scrapland! I hope everyone is having a great week! I grilled by myself for the first time on monday. It turned out awesome! I found a jalepeno stuffed chicken recipe on allrecipes.com and it was fabulous. Everyone loved it, including my neighbor who doesn't like any spice at all. Here's the link if anyone is curious: Jalepeno Stuffed Chicken II Ok enough chatting, let's get to the goodies.

Sneak Peek for Next Week
Hello Scrapland! I just wanted to tell you all about what we are doing next week. If anyone is patiently awaiting a fabulous Coast Guard kit...it's coming, don't worry. Alice is just overwhelmed at the moment. Besides taking care of two kids, she's going to school for her masters AND she's in the process of buying a house/moving. So, in the mean time, I have something for you! The kit is called A Very Starry Night. It's a little boring in that it is not as unique as I usually do, but I really wanted to play around with the color pallette.
Before I show you the sneak peek, Christal made another awesome tag! This time using the Cammies part of the My Marine kit.
If you want to check out more, her site is http://eastcoastsiggies.proboards.com/index.cgi
Ok, now for my very starry sneak peek:

The last of My Marine...
Hello Scrapland! I hope everyone is having a wonderful hump day so far! I'm sorry I forgot to post the alpha last night, but that just means I'm going to finish up the kit with this post. So, today I have the second alpha and the dress uniforms enlisted ranks for you.
I had kind of run into some designer's block with this kit and had originally wanted to make it bigger then it is, so if anyone has anything else they would like to go with these kits, please let me know! I would love to do an addon.
Here they are. Click the previews to download.

My Marine Enlisted Ranks
Hello Scrapland! I'm glad some people can really use this stuff! Now, I want to apologize to any officer spouses. I didn't make the officer ranks, just the enlisted. I just don't know how much use the ranks will get. If anyone REALLY wants the officer ranks made, just leave a comment and I will give them a go. Tomorrow I have a cracky alpha to go with this kit and then next week I'll be giving out the dress uniforms kit. Have fun scrapping!

My Marine....Finally
Hello Scrapland! We've been gone for a few days, but we've been busy. Alice has TONS of stuff going on in her life right now...birthdays, moving, helping out her parents. I don't have anything like that, but I've been working and with the weather getting better, the kids want to go outside a lot more. That means a lot less computer time. :( But, I bring good news. I'm going to be putting up my kit My Marine this week! Woohoo! I'm sure there's not a huge demand for it, but I needed the kit so I made it. There will probably be addons in the future due to my designers block at the moment.
There is two different kits in this kit. That sentence will make sense eventually, I promise! I made one kit that has all the Cammies and PT items, and then another kit that has the dress uniform stuff in it. This week is the cammies and PT kit. So enjoy!
This is the layout I did with this weeks portion:

Another Challenge at DC
Hello Scrapland! I just wanted to let you know that I have another freebie out there. I did the Whet Your Palette challenge at Digital Candy again. She made it extra hard this month by making us pick our own color....yes just one. I chose brown because that's my mom's favorite color and Mother's Day is coming up. First is the layout I did using the mini kit and then you get the preview which will now take you directly to the download link because Digital Candy is closing it's doors :(
See you back here with some more freebies soon!

Yet Another Beach Kit Add On and a creation by Christal
Hello Scrapland! I hope everyone had a wonderful Saturday. Today, I finished another course on my journey to obtaining my Masters in Accounting. I decided to make some more items for the beach kit. First, I found some cute paper templates at Kikkin Kreations (http://kikkinkreations.blogspot.com/) and made some papers. I decided to also include a textured paper of each color. With the papers, I added some more tags, ribbons, strings, frames, and bling! I hope you like this. Also, Christal from http://sweetsigs.forumotion.com/, shared with us her creations. Now, we are sharing her creations with you. She makes siggys and such at her site. Have a nice evening. We will be back soon!
